On-Site Walkthrough with a buyer or homeowner to establish initial strategy for renovation, addition, or remodeling work. This service is intended to give an initial opinion and help guide decision-making. It does not include a written report or cost projections.

Buyer Remodel/Renovation Consult

Evaluate “renovation potential” for homes under serious consideration in order to map out the universe of remodeling options. For consultations that develop into a full design project, $250 of this fee will be credited to the architectural and interiors design fee.

Historic Eligibility Opinion

Eligible buildings can receive a portion of rehabilitation costs back as an income tax credit. This service provides a report/opinion on potential, process, implications, and path to a successful historic tax credit project.
